Exchange Policy
We offer an easy and hassle-free exchange process with a minimal ₹200 exchange fee, which covers the cost of return pickup.

Initiation:
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please mention your reason clearly while reaching out. -
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and bill intact. -
Video Proof:
A video of the product while packing for return is mandatory. This ensures transparency and avoids misuse. -
Pickup & Shipping:
Our team will arrange pickup once your video and details are received. The replacement item will be shipped after we get the returned product and the ₹200 exchange payment is completed. -
Processing Time:
The entire exchange process may take up to 15 days. -
Size/Product Change:
If exchanging for a different size, please mention the new size. For a product exchange, specify the desired item clearly.
🚫 Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any items once sold. All sales are final.

All items undergo 3-level quality checks and are video recorded before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it with the fastest possible shipping option at no extra cost.
